Parcade TI - General Contractor Prequalification

The project consists of a full renovation of approximately 5,590 gsf to create two suites (Suite A and Suite B) that are flexible for future and near term use.  Suite A will consist of an administrative center including offices, open offices, conference rooms, lactation room, and data/telecommunications room.  Suite B will consist of both the Business Incubator program and the Small Business Development Center including offices, open office, and conference rooms.  The project is located in Downtown Merced on the southwest corner of M Street and 18^th Street.
