Addendum 2 clarifies Bid date and time. Bids are due, Tuesday, June 20, 2017 @ 3:00 PM
Addendum 1 moves the bid date to June 20, 2017 @ 3:00 pm. Location to remain the same.
Project Location: Upgrade the existing HVAC in Room 190 of the CAOB Building. The work includes: Acoustical ceiling removal and replacement, remove and replace fan coil unit with connections to existing hydronic lines, electrical modifications to the space, along with additional data and back boxes for wall mounted monitors (OFCI AV) and remove and replace exterior architectural metal siding for added outside air louver. Work is to be complete no later than August 4, 2017. Jobwalk is scheduled for June 12, 2017 @ 9:oo am at CAOB off of Ranchers Rd.
