DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
The project will provide Code Compliance Remodel at Buckhorn Flat Ranch at 5873 Schillings Road, Coulterville Ca 95311. The project scope is to include all required interior and exterior work, decking & walkway modifications as well as two (2) ADA parking stalls. Site plan is attached. All clean-up and haul-off to be included. On-site project employee lodging may be arranged as a travel cost reduction measure.
Estimated construction cost: $250,000
Bidding documents will be available at the University’s ShareFile site for electronic download: hardcopy bidding documents will not be provided by the University. Bid Results will be available on our website at http://rfp-rfq.ucmerced.edu/ .
A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on June 21, 2019 beginning promptly at 10:00 am Participants shall meet at 5873 Schilling Road, Coulterville, CA 95311, Buckhorn Flat Ranch at the Garage. See attached, Map.
