This renovation project provides interior finish improvements and related work to Classrooms 110 and 114 of approximately 1,750 sf total floor area. The significant improvements include: 1) providing new acoustical ceilings and modifying existing HVAC distribution and fire protection system; 2) providing new carpet flooring and related accessories; 3) demolishing the existing acoustical panels and providing new acoustical panels; 4) providing other miscellaneous necessary work to complete the improvements.
Bidding Documents will be made available to the bidders on Thursday, July 19, 2012. One complete set of bidding documents will be available free of charge. Additional sets may be purchased at cost.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference and MANDATORY Project Site Visit will be conducted on Tuesday, July 31, 2012, beginning promptly at 2:50 PM. Participants shall meet at 5200 N. Lake Rd, Merced, CA 95343, UC Merced Campus, Lantern. Parking permits are required throughout campus and are available at the yellow dispenser at the entrance to the Parking Lots.
