The Site Development & Infrastructure project consists of several components of Work: 1) extending underground utilities, including chilled water, heated water, electrical and telecommunications duct banks along the Ansel Adams Road; 2) building a new Corporation Yard lay down yard, including fencing and a yard pad; 3) providing safety improvements at Scholars Lane; 4) building the new Rancher’s Road and providing related site improvements; 5) providing additional cooling and power capacities to the Telecommunications Building; 6) providing a new RO system for the Cooling Tower and providing Pump House portable water system upgrades.
Bidding Documents will be made available to the Prequalified General Contractors. One complete set of bidding documents will be available free of charge.
